(Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this paragraph are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.178(l). On or about February 6, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by and ejection hazards while operating forklifts without being trained in its safe operation.
