29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.: (a)All American Roofing & Sales, Inc. at 531 Main Street, Deadwood, SD 57732: On or about and at times prior to February 1, 2019, the employer did not ensure each employee was protected from falling by the use of a fall protection system in that, three employees were engaged in roofing activities on a low slop roof without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
