29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one hand rail: a) Stairwell 3 Southeast Section: On or about January 31, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while accessing and egressing the stairway. The employer failed to ensure the stairway was equipped with a handrail. Rocky Mountain Electric, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1052(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1322925, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1784 Buckrake Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59718.
