29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one hand rail: a) Stairwell 3 Southeast Section: On or about January 31, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while accessing and egressing the stairway. The employer failed to ensure the stairway was equipped with a handrail.
