29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffolds and scaffold components shall not be loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever is less.    On or about February 6, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the #1 FRACO ACT 8 Electric mast climber scaffold system, S/N 7006 0539, was not overloaded by employees performing demolition work.  Employees were exposed to crush-by, struck-by and fall hazards when the East Platform of the #1 FRACO ACT 8 collapsed.
