29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: West side of the new commercial building : On or about February 7, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while installing masonry anchors on bricks from a scaffold, without it being fully planked.
