29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) Planer Mill; On or about February 5, 2019 the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around electrical conductors entering an electrical box on the green chain line in the planer mill that was not protected from abrasion. b) Saw Mill; On or about February 5, 2019 the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around electrical conductors entering an electrical box on the green chain line in the saw mill that was not protected from abrasion.
