29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 101 N. Queen Street, Lancaster PA - Employees were not trained in appropriate fall protection methods to avoid hazards associated with elevated work areas, on or about February 5, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
