29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about February 8, 2019, employees working in the shop area were exposed to burns and smoke inhalation in the event of a fire and the employer did not ensure that saw dust and other wood scrap was prevented from accumulating and removed.
