29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 1804 MacArthur Dr., Alexandria, LA: On or about February 5, 2019, two employees were working from an aerial lift approximately 20 ft. high without fall protection. The employees were installing DensGlass sheathing to the front of the building.
