29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location: 120 Old Post, Rye NY 10580 a) Employees were exposed to wet concrete when directing the pumping of concrete into formwork and smoothing out the concrete as it was being pumped into the forms and facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use; on or about 2/5/19. ASF Construction & Excavation Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.50(g) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159394 , citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/21/19, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Valley Ave., Elmsford, NY 10523.
