29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Building exterior - Front: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while working on a boom lift without the use of personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection system in place, on or about 2/6/2019 The AA Construction 1 Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1363619, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/05/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1670 US 22 SOMERSET NJ 07069.
