29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or was required to use the respirator in the workplace:   a) Fine Minerals International/Edison, NJ - Throughout the Shop Area/Mount Making Department: Employer did not provide medical evaluation to determine that employees were medically fit to wear respirators. Employees were required to use 3M elastomeric half face and full face respirators with P100 cartridges.  Condition observed on or about February 08, 2019.
