Tulpehocken Street, Philadelphia, PA 19138, first floor - The exits at the front door, the living room area door, and rear door were not marked by signs reading "Exit," thus exposing employees to hazards associated with emergency egress. This condition was observed on or about February 7, 2019.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a) 1300 E. Tulpehocken Street, Philadelphia, PA 19138, first floor - The exit access in the main hallway did not have signs indicating the direction of travel to the exit discharges at the rear door and the side door in the stairwell when the direction to them was not immediately apparent. This condition was observed on or about February 7, 2019.
