29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1): Employees were permitted to use stairways with pan stairs that had the treads and/or landings temporarily fitted with wood that did not reach to the top edge of each pan: a) Job site, 170 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 28, 2019, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that stairways were safe to use in that pan stairs and landings were not properly filled in with temporary materials, posing tripping hazards to employees walking/working in these areas.
