29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Nature's Herbs and Wellness, LLC, 522 27th St., Garden City, CO 80631: On or before February 8, 2019, the employer did not provide access to an eyewash station in the fertilizer mixing area of the main building. Eye was stations for bottle were up however they were not stocked.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) Nature's Herbs and Wellness, LLC, 522 27th St., Garden City, CO 80631: On or before February 8, 2019, the employer did not have a safety data sheet for all chemicals in the facility. Some of the data sheets in the binder were material safety data sheets that did not contain all 16 elements required in this standard. Chemicals including, but not limited to, Encapsulated Azospirillum Bacteria, CalMag, and Pure Blend Pro Grow Pro Soil & Pro Bloom.
