On 02/12/2019 it was determined that there was no certified written hazard assessment to verify that the required hazard assessment was conducted.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Establishment: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees are permitted to work with hazardous substances without a hazard communication program in place for the resins used in the workplace. On 02/12/2019 it was determined that a written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented for the employees who were exposed to hazardous resins in the work place.
