29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 6892 Marble Ct., Granite Cove, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about February 12, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 7.9 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 6892 Marble Ct., Granite Cove, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about February 12, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet to the floor below.  THE JESUS SERGIO MENDEZ DBA JESUS SERGIO MENDEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1284577, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 24, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6892 MARBLE CT., GRANITE COVE, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA.
