The dust had been cleaned after an earlier inspection, but was allowed again to accumulate on equipment and building surfaces, exposing employees to the hazards of fire and explosion due to the ignition of the combustible dust.    The Kyllonen Cabinets and Trim LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1325312, citation number 1, item number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on 1/02/19, with respect to a workplace located at the 702B West Carson St., Bryan, TX.
