29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): 29CFR 1910.333(c)(2): Persons who were not qualified worked on electrical circuit parts or equipment that had not been de-energized under the procedures of paragraph (b) of this section. Such persons were not capable of working safely on energized circuits and were not familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials and insulated tools. a) 1131 North Plymouth St. Allentown, PA - on or about February 7, 2019, employees performed work on energized electrical equipment of 240 volts, but the employer did not ensure that employees were qualified and capable of working safely on energized circuits and were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools.
