29 CFR 1918.35: Employees were working around open weather deck hatches which were not protected by coamings to a height of 24 inches (0.61 m), or by taut lines or barricades at a height of 36 to 42 inches (0.91 m to 1.07 m) above the deck.   Weather deck, crane operator platform adjacent to bow hatches:  On or about 07 February 2019; roped railing was not taut and measured approximately 28 inches in height exposing employees to fall hazards to lower decks.
