29 CFR 1918.62(g)(2)(iii): Synthetic web slings were not removed from service when they exhibited snags, punctures, tears, or cuts:    Freezer Hold:  On or about February 7, 2019 and at times prior thereto, synthetic web lifting brailers provided by the employer for longshoring operations exhibited tears and cuts.  This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards in the event of sling failure.
