The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while framing a roof are utilizing fall protection. This most recently occurred on February 13, 2019 on the jobsite located at 8811 S 28th St, Lincoln, NE 68516. Four employees were observed sheeting the roof of a one-story commercial building at heights greater than six feet above the ground while not utilizing any form of fall protection.
