29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplaces were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin:  a)      U.S. Postal Service - Dulles (PDCF): On or about 02/13/2019, sections of the plant were not maintained as to prevent the entrance of mice in that the truck bay dock ramps and some entrance doors had large openings. The contractor hired by the plant repeatedly recommended to seal and install door sweeps.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
