For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1: a) On or about February 14, 2019 at the worksite, where the employer did not implement the use of an integrated water delivery system while using a handheld cut off saw to cut masonry brick, exposing employees to an inhalation hazard.
