29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) At 309 Paradiso Drive in Apollo Beach where employees doing roofing activity at a two-story residential construction project using circular saws and pneumatic nail guns were exposed to eye injuries from flying particles while installing plywood sheets (sheeting). The employees were not using eye or face protection as observed on or about 02/14/2019.
