29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 Cardinal Court, Sewell NJ: A company worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when working at unprotected edges and a pitched roof without the use of any fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/13/19.
