29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: Worksite located at 1205 Basswood St., Warrensburg, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the stairway leading from the first floor to the second level had an open side and was not provided a handrail to prevent falls or slips.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 1205 Basswood St., Warrensburg, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the 2nd story deck level which was not provided a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The Hackler Environmental, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 13-8898, citation number 1, item number and was affirmed as a final order on June 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at1205 Basswood, Warrensburg, Missouri.
