29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels:    (a) Production Area; A Grinder Operator was exposed to continuous noise at levels greater than 85 dBA during the 455 minute sampling period on February 14, 2019 (zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time period of 25 minutes). The operator was exposed at an eight-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 97.20 dBA (dose of 271.4%). The employer did not provide audiometric testing for the employee who exceeded the 8-hour TWA of 85 decibels.     (b) Production Area; A forklift operator was exposed to continuous noise at levels greater than 85 dBA during the 438 minute sampling period on February 14, 2019 (zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time period of 42 minutes). The employee was exposed at an eight-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 89.09 dBA (dose of 88.13 %).
