29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) On or about 02/15/2019 in the shop area, extension cords were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring. The extension cords were plugged into ceiling light fixtures at about six feet high and to electrical outlets, employees exposed to electrical/shock hazard.
