29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    (a): Warehouse - Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. An aisle way in the warehouse near the office was obstructed by furniture and other merchandise. The aisle way was part of an exit route and was obstructed and impassable, on or about 02/14/2019.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    (a): Warehouse PNL-H1 & RP-3  - Access to two circuit breaker panels in the warehouse was blocked by furniture. The employer did not ensure that there was sufficient access to the circuit breaker panels, on or about 02/19/2019.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

An employee was operating a high lift ride truck without the required training, on or about February 14, 2019.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
