29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  On or about February 21st, 2019, the employer did not sure that multiple surfaces throughout the facility were maintained as free as practicable from accumulations of lead:  a.  A wipe sample taken from the lunch table in the employee lunch room contained 0.007 micrograms per square centimeter (ug/cm2) of lead.  b.  A wipe sample taken from the back of the chair at the lunch table contained 0.080 micrograms per square centimer (ug/cm2) of lead.  c.  A wipe sample taken from the refrigerator handle in the employee lunch room contained 12.83 micrograms of lead.  d.  A wipe sample taken from the spout of the water cooler in the employee lunchroom contained 0.181 micrograms of lead.  e.  A wipe sample taken from the mouthpiece of the water fountain near the employee restroom contained 9.931 micrograms of lead.  f.  A wipe sample taken from the clean uniform locker in the employee change room contained 28.22 micrograms of lead.
