29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). a. 15738 Highway 15 South, Bailey Football Stadium, Decatur, MS 39327 - On or about February 14, 2019 the employer did not ensure an employee was provided protected from cave-ins while checking the grading of a trench that was 5 feet 5 inches deep and 30 feet long, exposing the employee to engulfment hazards.
