29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: (a) Power Design Inc. at 1200 Grant St., Denver, CO 80203: On and before February 13, 2019, the correcting employer did not ensure that all employees were protected from electric shock while working or passing through on the fifth and seventh floors of an apartment building, in that employees in the hallways were exposed to the facility temporary lighting strings lying on the floor or fastened to the wall that contained unguarded open live sockets and were strung less than 8 feet above the floor/working surface. This condition exposed employees to the hazards of electric shock, electrical burns, and electrocution.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E)): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage: (a) Power Design Inc. at 1200 Grant St., Denver, CO 80203: On and before February 13, 2019, the correcting employer did not ensure that all employees were protected from electric shock while working or passing through on the fifth and seventh floors of an apartment building, in that employees in the hallways were exposed to the facility temporary lighting strings lying on the floor or fastened to the wall that had missing cages or other protection to prevent breakage and electric shock. This condition exposed employees to the hazards of electric shock, electrical burns, and electrocution.
