29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Production: The lockout procedures were not utilized when cleaning out the dough making machine between product change. On February 10, 2019 an employee injured her hand in the dough hopper of the Tewimat roll making machine when the machine was accidently energized during cleaning operations.
