29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. a) On or about February 14, 2019, at the front side of the building, an employee was working at an elevated height of approximately 12-14 feet, in a JLG Aerial Lift Basket (#54723-006L) without fall protection. The employer failed to ensure that the employee was wearing fall protection.
