29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about 02/19/19, on a roofing jobsite at a house at 181 West Ave., Lockport, NY:  Two employees engaged in roofing work on a steep roof were exposed to a fall of approx.  20 foot.  Lifelines anchored to the roof were present on the roof. One of the employees was wearing a full body harness and lanyard, but was not tethered to a lifeline. The second employee was a humper, and was not wearing a harness.  Pitch of the roof was approx.  8 in 12.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
