29 CFR 1910.213(s)(9):     Push sticks or push blocks shall be provided at the work place in the several sizes and types suitable for the work to be done.    a) On 2/16/2019 two employee were in the process of dismantling pallets utilizing a 2 man dismantler, after feeding a pallet through the dismantler, employee #1 noticed a board left on the table, as the employee grabbed the board, the backside of the board came in contact with the saw blade causing the board to kick out and impact employee #1's side.
