On or about February 19, 2019: in the facility at JFK International Airport Lufthansa Cargo Building 23, Jamaica. NY CSHO requested copies of OSHA 300 Logs on May 1, 2019, and confirmed with company attorney on the phone on May 17. OSHA 300 Logs were not provided to CSHO. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
