29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated at least annually: (a) Brookdale Senior Living Communities- On or about February 21, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a health hazard, in that the employer did not ensure that an annual review of their bloodborne pathogen exposure control plan was documented. The exposure control plan for bloodborne pathogens had not been reviewed or updated since October of 2015.
