29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about February 20 2019, at a job site located at 300 Trail House Lane, Forney, TX; where employees were putting up Tyvek to the cornices and using a staple gun. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
