NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED AVA Roofing & Siding Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991122, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/15, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Evans Street, Williamsville, New York.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 2/21/19 at a roof project located at 95 Pomona Place, Buffalo, New York; employees were placing shingles on the roof of a two story house. The roof had a 10 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 20 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED AVA Roofing & Siding Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1289871, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/21/18, with respect to a workplace located at 110 Highgate Avenue, Buffalo, New York.
