29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a) Facility's roofs; on or about February 20, 2019 and  times prior  the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he allowed his employees to work on roofs with various pitches and heights without fall protection exposing his employees to falls of 10 to 40 feet to the ground below. Some of the roofs on the facility have no means to attach lanyards for personal fall protection (harnesses).
