29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA.  On February 12, 2019 at approximately 3:45pm, an employee was working in the wall department when a section of wall fell on him resulting in a hospitalization. The hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Austin Area Office was notified on 14 February 2018 at approximately 3:30pm.
