29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: On or about March 05, 2019 employee was exposed to noise levels exceeding 85.0 dBA as an eight hour time weighted average. An employee was manually applying powder coating to metal pieces inside a paint booth and was exposed to 88.53 dBA, as an eight hour time weighted average. The employee was evaluated on March 05, 2019 and was sampled for 467 minutes, the remaining 13 minutes were calculated as 0 (zero) exposure time.
