29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about February 21, 2019, at the construction site located at N123 W5920, Sheboygan Rd., Cedarburg, WI, employees were performing framing work on a residential home while standing on the second level with open sided floors at approximately 12 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard. Miller-Muro Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1344336, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on October 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace location at 4353 Eagle Ridge Lane, Windsor, WI 53598.
