29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a. On or about February 20, 2019, at the warehouse/battery charging area, the operational eye wash station in the area was not readily accessible, the station was obstructed by a JLG 2630E electric scissor lift.    NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. On or about February 20, 2019, at the warehouse area, an electrical service panel was not readily accessible. There was a Hyster forklift (out of service) located in front of the panel.   NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
