29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about 02/22/19, on the roof on the front left side and back left side of a house at 27 Seneca Parkside, Buffalo,NY:  Employees  engaged in roofing work on a steep roof were exposed to a fall of approx.  20 ft.  No fall protection system was being used .  Pitch of the roof was approx. 12 in 12.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED       WNY First Choice Construction Company Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290975, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/15/18, with respect to a workplace located at 164 Dewey Avenue, Buffalo, New York, 14214.
