29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:       a) On or about 01/26/18, on a roofing jobsite at a house at 374 Prospect Avenue,  Buffalo,NY :   Employees working on the ground doing clean-up work in the vicinity of employees working  above on  the roof were  exposed to the potential hazard of being struck by materials & equipment  that could fall off the roof.  The employees were not wearing a hardhat.           NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      a) On or about 01/26/18, on the roof on the left side of a house at 374 Prospect Avenue, Buffalo, NY :  Three employees engaged in roofing work on a steep roof were exposed to a fall of approx.  20 ft.  No fall protection system was being used.  Pitch of the roof was approx.  12 in 12.          NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
