29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) The Vue at Bellair Apartments, 18753 US Hwy 19 N. - employees in the process of caulking the 3rd floor balcony were exposed to a 21' 4.5" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized. Observed on or about 02/21/2019.
